As a product of traditional and qualitative oil manufacture, the LIORIZA extra virgin olive oil is produced from olive trees grown from Stavropoulos family at the base of Mount Ithomi Messinia, since the mid 20th century.
The soil, the air, the special climate of the region, combined with the passion and enthusiasm of Giannis Stavropoulos create this authentic product. Single varietal, of the great Koroneiki variety, LIORIZA is moderately fruity, mildly bitter and spicy, with very low acidity (0.5%).
